Made a stop to try the newest thing to hit Bangkok. This place had a line about 30 people deep so it has to be good, right? I can only describe it as a warm sugary topped croissant with red bean filling. Other filling options include cold custard and ham and cheese.

Street version

so today I got the street version of the Thai coconut ice cream…



Thai Coconut Ice Cream

One of my favorite desserts in Thailand, coconut ice cream with all the toppings. This is a fancier version of the ones you would find on the streets, which is usually served in a bun. 

In a clockwise direction from top left, the toppings are…pumpkin, mystery fruit, sticky rice, red bean, Palm seed, and taro.
